Getting Started & General Care

  • Anchor Well provides virtual mental health services for individuals, couples, children, and families across Texas. Our services include psychotherapy, family and marriage counseling, ADHD assessments, parent consultations, holistic health and wellness coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements.

Care is tailored to each client and grounded in evidence-based, relational, and whole-person approaches.

  • Getting started is simple. You can book directly through our secure online scheduling system or contact us if you’re unsure where to begin.

Once scheduled, you’ll receive intake forms and clear next steps so your first session feels calm, informed, and supported.

  • Anchor Well is a good fit for individuals, couples, and families seeking thoughtful, relational care that is steady and intentional.

Many clients come to us navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, relational stress, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm. We often work with people who value consistency, presence, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

  • What sets Anchor Well apart is not just what we offer, but how care is structured behind the scenes.

We intentionally design our practice to support clinicians with sustainable caseloads, strong supervision, and operational clarity. This allows therapists to show up present, grounded, and consistent — resulting in a steadier experience for clients over time.

Billing, Pricing & Insurance

  • Anchor Well operates as a private-pay practice. Session fees vary by service type and provider and are clearly listed before scheduling.

This model allows care to remain flexible, clinically thoughtful, and paced according to each client’s needs rather than external requirements.

  • Yes. Payment is collected prior to your session.

This helps protect the therapeutic space by keeping sessions focused on your care rather than logistics, and supports a clear, respectful clinician-client relationship.

  • At this time, Anchor Well operates as a private-pay practice.

We plan to begin accepting insurance in Spring 2026.

Until then, we are happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable and to answer questions so you can make an informed decision about your care.

  • You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

If you’re unsure which service is the best fit, contact us and we’ll help guide you toward an appropriate starting point or answer any questions you may have.

Telehealth, Access & Specialized Care

  • Yes. Anchor Well provides fully virtual (telehealth) therapy services to clients located anywhere in Texas.

All sessions are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and ease of access.

  • Telehealth allows care to be accessible, consistent, and thoughtfully integrated into daily life.

It enables clients to receive high-quality therapy without the added stress of travel or scheduling constraints, while maintaining the same level of clinical quality, relational care, and privacy as in-person therapy.

  • Yes. When thoughtfully structured and supported, telehealth can be an effective option for children and adolescents.

Our clinicians work closely with caregivers to ensure sessions are developmentally appropriate and to determine whether telehealth is the right fit for each child or family.

  • Faith-integrated therapy is available when requested.

Our clinicians respect each client’s values, beliefs, and lived experience. Spiritual or faith-based perspectives can be thoughtfully integrated into care in a way that is client-led, clinically sound, and never assumed.

  • At this time, Anchor Well provides telehealth services to clients located in Texas only, in accordance with state licensing requirements.

If you are outside of Texas, we are happy to help connect you with trusted resources or referrals when possible.

For Clinicians & Careers

  • Anchor Well is thoughtfully growing and regularly welcomes conversations with licensed clinicians and associates who align with our values.

We hire based on fit, readiness, and sustainability rather than volume. Current opportunities may include LPC-Associates, LPCs, LMFTs, and LMSWs licensed in Texas.

    • Thoughtful, relational care

    • Sustainable caseloads

    • Strong clinical supervision and support

    • A calm, organized practice environment

Supervision is designed to be supportive, clinically sound, and integrated into daily practice — not an afterthought. We prioritize growth, ethical practice, and long-term sustainability for associates.

  • Yes. Clinical roles at Anchor Well are fully remote (telehealth) for Texas-licensed providers.

  • Caseloads are intentionally structured to support quality care and clinician wellbeing.

Scheduling is collaborative and flexible, allowing clinicians to build rhythms that are sustainable over time rather than driven by volume or productivity pressure.
