A steady, relational approach to leadership and care.
Founder of Anchor Well and Executive Director of The Rise Initiative
At Anchor Well, Jonathan leads the operational and strategic foundation of the practice — ensuring that both clients and clinicians experience care that is steady, thoughtful, and grounded.
His work sits at the intersection of leadership, systems, and relational care. He believes deeply that how care is delivered matters just as much as the care itself — and that strong systems, clear structure, and supported clinicians create the conditions for meaningful, lasting impact.
Jonathan holds a background in Business Marketing and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. His experience spans nonprofit leadership, operations, recruiting systems, and organizational development, with a consistent focus on building environments where people can grow and thrive.
Alongside his work at Anchor Well, Jonathan serves as Executive Director of The Rise Initiative, where he leads efforts to create employment pathways for individuals facing systemic barriers — including those with criminal records, survivors of trafficking, veterans, and foster youth aging out of care.
Whether building systems behind the scenes or supporting the direction of care, his focus remains the same: helping people move forward with clarity, dignity, and real support.
