Jonathan Alexander

Co-Founder // CEO

At Anchor Well, we believe in the transformative power of growth, healing, and self-discovery. My name is Jonathan Alexander, and alongside my wife, Sara Alexander, an accomplished Licensed Professional Counselor, we co-founded Anchor Well to create a sanctuary for those on their journey towards personal and relational well-being.

My academic roots were established at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where I pursued dual degrees in Business Marketing and Theology. This unique combination of studies laid the foundation for my career, intertwining strategic acumen with a deep understanding of human values and spirituality. My professional path is complemented by a range of certifications: Project Management, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing & E-commerce, DEIJ for Organizational Leaders, Human Resource Associate Specialization, Salesforce, Generative AI and Scrum Master certifications; equipping me with the tools to lead and innovate.

Over a decade of leadership at Adore Ministries honed my skills in transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and stability, managing large budgets, and driving initiatives that significantly impacted communities, including raising money for Hurricane Harvey relief. As a national speaker, I've had the privilege of connecting with thousands, sharing insights and inspirations with young adults and families across the nation.

At Anchor Well, Sara and I blend our professional experiences and personal philosophies to foster a space where individuals can explore, heal, and thrive. My role in strategic planning, team management, and community engagement complements Sara’s expertise in therapeutic practice, together creating a comprehensive approach to wellness.

Here, our mission is to guide you towards discovering your inner strength and potential. With compassion, innovation, and a deep commitment to your journey, we welcome you to Anchor Well, where together, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
